Learn to listen and evaluate speeches, participate actively in conversations, judge non-verbal cues, and present your thoughts formally using various media. You will learn to communicate effectively in current American culture.  This is an independent study course, where the learner is resposible for timely submission of the ocntent/work.  A final examination, consisting of a prepared speech, is part of the culminating work in this class.

Foundations of Personal Fitness counts as a PE/Health credit in the traditional sense.  If you are seeking PE/Health credit, this is the course you will take.
