Private schools must utilize this form to request records for Orion High School graduates who are entering into your schools. The fee for this request is a flat fee of $15.00. If records are mailed, allow 5-8 business days for arrival via USPS regular mail. If records are securely emailed to you, they are processed within 48 hours of submission.
